Clubhouse rental is available for Emerald Estates Recreational Association members considered to be in good standing. The clubhouse is rented on a “first come, first serve” basis provided all of the general rules of the association have been met and forms and payment have been turned in within the established time limits.
The Homeowner is responsible to pay the rental fee(s) as indicated & mail the checks along with this signed agreement to Emerald Estates HOA c/o M2 Management, 7835 Freeway Circle EE, Middleburg Heights, OH, within 10 days of scheduling date. Rental fee $100 Friday-Sunday and holiday’s. $60 fee non-holiday’s during the week.
Emerald Estates will accept bank checks, money orders and personal checks. A $35.00 processing fee will be assessed for any returned checks.
Reservations may only be canceled or rescheduled up until fourteen (14) days prior to your reservation date. If you should cancel or reschedule your reservation within the fourteen (14) days prior to your event, you will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.
Double rental of the clubhouse will only occur if arrangements have been made with both rental (For example: Birthday party from NOON – 4:00p.m. and a baby shower from 6:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.
The Homeowner hereby agrees to occupy the Emerald Estates Clubhouse & property in a safe and careful manner Emerald Estates & the current managing agent, shall be held harmless and have no liability or responsibility through either parties insurance coverage should the resident/host or any guest suffer personal injury or property damage while occupying the Clubhouse or other common areas on your scheduled event date.
Access to the Clubhouse includes key-access to the on-site dumpster. The dumpster key shall be located inside the Clubhouse in the storage closet. The Homeowner Agrees to lock the dumpster after use of the Clubhouse. Failure to lock the dumpster, which is monitored by surveillance cameras, or return the key to the storage closet, shall result in a $50 charge.
