If you’re a property owner within our community and you’re planning to make any architectural or external changes to your property, submitting an architectural review request is required. Please follow the guidelines below to submit your request for review.
Review Guidelines: Before submitting your request, please review the architectural guidelines and regulations provided by our community. Ensure that your proposed changes align with these guidelines to facilitate the review process. You can find the HOA Reservations, Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions documentation in your M2 portal.
Prepare Documentation: Gather all necessary documentation, including architectural drawings, plans, sketches, and any other relevant documents that illustrate the proposed changes to your property.
Complete the Request Form: Download and complete the ARC / ACC Request form here. Be sure to provide accurate and detailed information about your project, including the purpose of the proposed changes and any compliance with local regulations.
Submit Request: Once you’ve completed the form, submit your request and upload all necessary support documentation for review by our Architectural Review Board. Submit your request via the M2 app (download on Apple Store or Google Play) or visit the M2 portal. Once you’re logged in, go to account info > ACC Requests.
Review Process: Upon receiving your request, our Architectural Review Board will carefully review the submitted documents and assess the proposed changes based on our community’s architectural guidelines and regulations.
