There is no lifeguard on duty. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The Association and its Board assume no responsibility for any accident or personal injury or for any loss or damage to personal property arising out of or in connection with the use of the pool and/or the pool area. Persons using the pool area agree not to hold the Homeowners Association, Board of Directors, or Employees for actions of any nature occurring within the pool or pool area.
Pool hours 8am – 9pm.
The pool gate shall always be kept shut and locked. It may not be propped open.
If you use an umbrella close it when you leave and return your chair to where you found it.
Proper swimming attire only. No street clothes or cutoffs.
All persons under the age of sixteen (16) shall be accompanied by an owner or supervising adult over the age of twenty-one (21).
Wheelchairs, strollers and child waist and arm flotation devices shall be permitted in the pool area. Rafts and similar flotation devices shall be permitted only if they do not interfere with other swimmers.
Residents shall accompany and remain with their guests. Each homeowner is permitted up to 4 guests on any one date. This is in addition to immediate family residing within the allotment home.
The pool may not be used for private use.
Association sponsored events may be exempt from some or all the above rules.
